MY STORYBOARD

IDEA:

• Indi roller skating on promenade in Spain, past shops and the beach

• Cutting to Milo in different areas, such as shops/beach/swimming pool

• Representation: male/female, young children

• Start: Indi roller skating to the beat of the music

• Middle: Milo's main part would be in the middle

• End: Indi roller skates past Milo

• Indi tying the laces of her roller skates up laces up, getting ready etc.

• Indi starts to roller skate to the beat of the music

• Indi roller skating

• Indi holding hands of someone 'random' and spins round

• Indi roller skating

• Indi rolling past Milo, who has two ice creams in his hands

• Indi rolls back to Milo and sits down next to him, he gives her an ice cream.

LOCATION:

The location for the roller skating aspect of the music video will be on a promenade in Spain. I chose to do this as I know I will be able to film while on holiday in an area of Spain which I know well. I chose to film on a promenade as it will be relatively flat, and there will be enough people to get reactions from, but not so many that it makes it too difficult to film.

The other parts of the music video in which my brother, Milo is featured in will be in several different locations. I am planning to film him in the pool, sea, on the beach and in shops. Having this variation will keep the audience's attention. and give better insight into the setting.

SHOTS: 

I plan to include a collection of different shots. The majority of them will most probably be mid-shots and long-shots in order to see what is happening, however I am also planning to include dolly shots, close ups, extreme close ups and establishing shots.

I think my angles will mainly be eye level, however I will also include lower angle and oblique/canted angles. I am wanting to avoid using too many high angled shots as i want to make my sister look empowered and strong, instead of belittling her and making her seem vulnerable. 

EDITING:

I am planning on editing my frames of Indigo relatively normally, not going too fast or too slow, but I think I will only have short frames and faster edits when cutting to my other character, Milo.
